My name is Yasir Salih. I am a Maldivian. By profession I am a writer/translator. This is a platform I wanted to share about the ecosystem, biodiversity and fishing in Maldives. Thousands of words can be written about a crab, so as the whale shark and the vibrant culture, history and thrill of fishing. But I am trying to present the contents with an intellectual insight and in an exciting manner. Hence, I have tried my best to bring the readers the tales and stories in a different and compelling way. Every article that I have written include facts and information that I have gathered. Some articles are published after intensive research. Scientific researches and expert references are included.
